These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. They do not constitute a contract for logistics or freight services, which are governed by separate service agreements entered into between CSIQ National and its clients.

CSIQ National is an independent national logistics company headquartered at 525 N Tryon St Suite 1600, Charlotte, NC 28202. We provide domestic freight, supply chain solutions, last-mile delivery, and fleet management services across the continental United States. The Site is an informational and marketing platform — it does not constitute an offer to provide services at any particular rate or on any particular timeline.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations.

• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

• Use any automated scraping, crawling, or data-extraction tools without our prior written consent.

• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

The CSIQ National name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of CSIQ National. Other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

When you submit a contact or quote request form on the Site, you are requesting that a member of our team reach out to you. Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement for services, guarantee availability, or fix any pricing. All service engagements require a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of CSIQ National.

You represent that any information you submit through the Site is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

The Site and all content, materials, and information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable.

• Any errors in the Site will be corrected.

Service scope, availability, timing, and pricing are confirmed only in a written agreement for the specific engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CSIQ National and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
